We are building the first Inclusive Living pilot in Paeroa.

Our first Inclusive Living homes

A live pilot designed around the needs of The Supported Life Style Hauraki Trust, it will be the first complete Inclusive Living build where spatial sequencing, service alignment and operational performance can be tested and refined in practice.

This 14-unit development will be home for 16 people. Each unit is designed to universal design standards and arranged into 4 buildings, all carefully designed to blend in with the other homes in the development. 

It includes a purpose-design hub to bring people together to cook a meal, socialize, access support and promote connection with the broader community.

Located at Paeroa Hills, the development will offer people the opportunity to live in a vibrant and connected community with easy access to shops, parks and other amenities.

Project Paeroa is not intended to define what every ADAPT will look like. It’s a pilot for one partner in one place. Learnings from our pilot will help refine Inclusive Living so it can be adapted to other communities, sites, and services settings.
