Our first Neighbourhood Living homes

This 14-unit development will be home for 16 people. Each unit is designed to universal design standards and arranged into 4 buildings, all carefully designed to blend in with the other homes in the development. 

There will be a central hub that will allow people to come together to socialise or cook a meal, and where support services can be delivered. The units will be community-facing to encourage connection and belonging with the wider community. 

Located at Paeroa Hills, the development will offer residents the opportunity to live in a vibrant and connected community with easy access to shops, parks and other amenities.
